连续管喷砂射孔分段压裂工具的研究与应用

         

摘要

The layer-by-layer fracture technology through the coiled tubing (CT) hydraulic sandblast perforation can improve accuracy and efficiency of reservoir transformation. It has a bright prospect of extensive application in staged fracture of horizontal well and muhilayered fracture of straight well. On the basis of analyzing the principle and feature of the technology, the structure of the matching tools for the technology were introduced, including CT connector, release sub, nozzle, centralizer, mechanical casing coupling loeator and ejector. Taking as an example Well 3 - 69C1 of east Jiangsu Province, the field application of the tools was introduced. The fracturing result shows that the daily gas production of the well is 25 000 m3 after fracture. The nozzle endures 80 min abrasion of sandblast perforation. The average enlargement rate of nozzle diameter is about 6%. The ejector body remains intact, with no obvious erosion. The technology satisfies the reservoir feature of Sulige Gasfield.%连续管水力喷砂射孔套管逐层压裂工艺技术能提高储层改造的准确度和有效率,对水平井分段压裂和直井多层压裂有极为广泛的应用前景。在分析连续管水力喷砂射孔套管压裂技术工艺原理和特点的基础上,对该技术配套工具的结构进行了介绍,包括连续管连接器、丢手接头、喷嘴、扶正器、机械式套管接箍定位器及喷射器。以苏东3—69C1井为例,介绍了连续管喷砂射孔压裂工具的现场应用情况。压裂结果表明,压裂后该井日产气量2.5万m3,喷嘴经受了80min喷砂射孔的磨损,喷嘴直径平均扩大率约为6%,喷射器本体保持完好,未见明显冲蚀;连续管喷砂射孔套管分段压裂工艺满足苏里格气田的储层特征。
