海上深井膨胀悬挂器钻完井技术研究及应用

             

摘要

针对尾管固井时出现的尾管头漏失现象,结合所悬挂尾管类型,研制出海上深井膨胀悬挂器。它是利用膨胀悬挂器悬挂技术套管,利用膨胀悬挂器的良好密封性能,结合密封水泥环封隔钻井过程中的复杂压力体系,彻底解决尾管头的环空漏失问题,保证后续钻井安全。室内试验及现场应用情况表明,膨胀悬挂器各部件工作正常,膨胀后密封压差45MPa,坐挂时对技术套管无影响,技术套管与胶筒无相对位移,单段40cm的氟橡胶筒悬挂力≥600kN,具有较强的密封悬挂能力,能满足设计及现场要求。%Considering the leakage of liner head which occurs in liner cementing and referring to the hanging liner type, the ex-pandable hanger for offshore deep well was developed. It is used to hang the intermediate casing, and to pack the complex pressure sys-tem combined with the cement sheath in the drilling process, completely solving the problem of annular leakage with the liner head and ensuring the safety of subsequent drilling. The laboratory test and the field application show that the parts of the hanger work proper-ly. The sealing pressure difference is 45 MPa after expansion. There is no effect on the intermediate casing in setting. There is no relative displacement between the intermediate casing and the packer rubber. The hanging force of 40 cm single section FPM rubber is greater than or equal to 600 kN. It has a relatively strong sealing and hanging capacity, satisfying the requirement of design and field opera-tion.
