新型液灰双控全自动混浆固井车的研制

         

摘要

目前固井车车台作业普遍采用由车台和底盘共同提供动力,作业成本高,固井车的可靠性严重受底盘故障的牵制,同时错综复杂的低压管汇占据了整车台面空间,不便整车后期维护和作业附件随车运送,而且影响整车美观性。为此,研制了新型液灰双控全自动混浆固井车。该车在车台上配置了小型发动机作为液压站来辅助主发动机给整个车台提供动力,从而实现了车台装备独立作业。同时该车还改进了低压管汇设计,留出了附件的存放空间和后期维护空间。该固井车功率大、泵压高、排量大、性能稳定、安全可靠,能够实现超压保护和智能混浆,能独立适应各种探井、超深井的固井作业,满足现代油田作业需要。%Currently the cementing truck table operation universally adopts the table and chassis to supply power. The operating costs are high. The reliability of the truck is constrained severely by chassis failure. Mean-while, the complex low pressure manifolds occupy the whole truck table, which causes inconveniences for laterstage maintenance and transportation of operating accessories with the truck and affects the beauty of the whole vehicle. Therefore, a new type of liquid-cement dual control fully automatic slurry mixing cementing truck was developed. The configuration of a small engine was conducted on the truck table as the hydraulic station to assist the main motor to supply power for the whole table, thus achieving the independent operation of the table equipment. Meanwhile, the design of the low pressure manifolds of the truck was improved, making room for storage of accessories and later-stage maintenance. The truck is characterized by high power, high pump pressure, large displacement and reliable performance. And it can achieve overpressure protection and intelligent slurry mixing.
