基于Fluent软件的二次开发计算气举阀流量。

     

摘要

In the operation of gas lift oil production, the gas lift tlowrate is intimately related to oil production efficiency and cost. It is the key factor to determine oil production technology. Therefore, it is quite necessary to un- derstand its flowrate characteristic. The interaction between the retractable valve stem assembly of the gas lift valve and the gas flow field within the valve cavity makes the flowrate relate to the entrance and exit pressures but also to the valve stem stroke. Thus, the flowrate solution is characterized by fluid-solid coupling. It is difficult to arrive at the solution by merely adopting solid dynamic method or fluid dynamic method. This article has worked out the method to calculate the gas lift flowrate under any entrance and exit pressure condition by means of secondary devel- opment of the user-defined function UDF which is accessible to the Fluent software. The method was applied to some type of the 1 in gas lift valve and the reasonable valve stem stroke was obtained. The "flowrate blockage" phenom- enon of the valve was reproduced and the validity of the method suggested was verified.%气举采油作业中,气举阀流量与采油效率、成本紧密相关,是确定采油工艺的关键因素,因此了解其流量特性十分必要。气举阀可伸缩的阀杆总成与阀腔内气体流场的交互作用,使其流量不仅与进出口压力相关,而且与阀杆行程相关,这样的流量求解问题具有流固耦合特性,采用单纯的固体力学方法或流体力学方法均难以求解。通过对Fluent软件开放的用户自定义函数UDF的二次开发,研究出在任意进、出口压力条件下气举阀流量的计算方法。该方法应用于某型号1in气举阀,得到合理的阀杆行程,重现了气举阀的“流量堵塞”现象,证实了建议方法的有效性。
