The domestically developed tools cannot satisfy the requirement of excellent and fast drilling.Considering the problem,the hydraulic oscillator was developed.The oscillator mainly consists of power part,valve shaft system and oscillation sub.It converts the kinetic energy of drilling fluid into the vibration mechanical energy by combining conventional downhole power tool with special valve.It changes conventional rotational rockbreaking mode into gyrating rock-breaking mode with gentle WOB change.This makes the tool operate in the bottomhole as a pattern of kinetic friction,thus can reduce friction,decrease the possibility of sticking,and increase WOB,thereby can further improve rock-breaking efficiency.The laboratory test findings show that the oscillator can achieve pressure impulse and excite the pressure differential required by axial oscillation.%针对国内研发的工具无法满足“优、快”钻井要求的现状,研制了水力振荡器.该振荡器主要由动力部分、阀轴系统和振荡短节部分组成,将常规井下动力工具与特殊的阀相结合,把钻井液动能转化为沿钻具轴向的振动机械能,并把常规的旋转破岩方式改成钻压柔和变化的回转破岩,使钻具与井壁处于动摩擦状态,减小了摩阻,降低粘卡可能性,增加钻压,从而进一步提高破岩效率.室内试验结果表明,该水力振荡器能够实现压力脉冲从而激发轴向振荡所需压降.
