变载荷齿轮箱状态监测技术研究

             

摘要

目前关于齿轮箱故障诊断的研究成果大都集中在固定载荷工况的齿轮箱故障诊断,与实际生产中的齿轮使用情况大相径庭.为此,借鉴齿轮变工况研究思路,针对齿轮箱在变工况下的信号特征,提出变载荷工况下的齿轮箱断齿故障诊断和状态监测技术思路.利用奇异值分解降噪对齿轮箱振动信号进行预处理,选择啮合齿轮的倍频及其边频为特定频段,以无量纲的脉冲指标和裕度指标作为评价指标,得到齿轮健康状态参数,实现了对齿轮箱的状态监测.最后利用模拟齿轮故障试验台取得了2种转速变负载条件下的故障和正常的振动信号,对齿轮故障诊断和状态监测方法进行了验证.%At present the research achievements concerning gear box fault diagnosis focus on the gear box fault diagnosis with fixed load, which is quite different from the use of gear in practical production. Therefore, the technological orientation for tooth-broken fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of gear box in variable load operating condition was proposed referring to the research approach to gear variable operating condition as well as the signal characteristic of gear box in variable operating condition. The singular value decomposition and de-noising were a-dopted to make a pretreatment of the vibration signals of gear box. The frequency multiplication of meshing gear and its side frequency were chosen as the specific frequency bands. The dimensionless impulse factor and clearance factor were taken as the evaluation indexes. Then, the parameters of gear health condition were obtained and the condition monitoring of gear box was achieved. Finally, the gear fault simulation test bench was used to obtain the fault-related and normal vibration signals at two varying load rotation speeds. The gear fault diagnosis and condition monitoring method were verified.
