海上油田同井注采双管环空安全控制技术研究∗

             

摘要

Existing injection⁃production technology in the same well has no dual⁃string annulus safety control technology and matching tools for offshore oilfield application� In order to solve this problem, a study is conducted on total solutions to dual⁃string annulus safety control technology and key matching tools� Production channel, in⁃jection channel and exhaust channel are built for water/gas injection strings of production in the same well, each of which is equipped with downhole safety valve, annular hydraulic control device and packer with cables� The annu⁃lar hydraulic control device can achieve safety control of downhole dual⁃string annulus by means of ground hydraulic control systems, by which normal production, injection and reverse well flushing can be carried out under the con⁃dition of opened sealed piston� Laboratory experimental results show that the annular hydraulic control device has good overall sealing and reverse sealing to meet field application requirements under operating pressure� The con⁃clusion can provide technical supports for popularization and application of the injection⁃production technology in the same well in offshore oilfields.%同井注采工艺技术在海上油田应用时没有双管环空安全控制技术及配套工具。为此,对同井注采双管环空安全控制技术的整体方案与关键配套工具进行研究。在同井采油注水/注气管柱上建立了采油通道、注入通道和采油排气通道,每一通道配套井下安全阀、环空液压控制装置及过电缆封隔器。环空液压控制装置可以通过地面液压控制系统实现井下双管环空的安全控制,在密封活塞开启的情况下可以正常采油、注入和反洗井作业。室内试验结果表明:环空液压控制装置在工作压力条件下整体密封性和反向密封性良好,满足现场使用要求。所得结论可为同井注采工艺技术在海上油田的推广应用提供技术支撑。
