水敏式自膨胀管外封隔器及防突结构的研制∗

             

摘要

水平井固井存在质量差、顶替效率低、压裂窜槽严重以及水泥浆对储层造成污染等技术难题。为此,设计了水敏式自膨胀管外封隔器,分析了其工作原理,设计了肩部防突结构。该封隔器采用逐级防突装置,膨胀环A和开口铜环形成第1道碗状的防突结构,膨胀环B及丁腈橡胶护肩分别形成第2道和第3道碗状的防突结构,设计的胶筒不同配方有益于胶筒更好地与裸眼井壁贴合,起到密封作用。承压试验结果表明:水敏式自膨胀管外封隔器具有优良的承压能力,在较长时间缺水状态下仍然能够保持较好的耐压能力。所得结论可为封隔器的结构优化提供参考。%The horizontal well often presents the issues like poor cementing quality, low displacement effi⁃ciency, serious fracturing channeling and formation damage by cement slurry�To address the issues, the water⁃sen⁃sitive self⁃expandable casing packer has been designed and its working principle has been analyzed�The shoulder anti⁃extrusion structure has been designed�The packer has a progressive anti⁃extrusion device�The first bowl⁃shaped anti⁃extrusion structure consists of the expandable ring A and the opening copper ring�The expandable ring B and nitrile rubber shoulder forms the second and the third bowl⁃shaped anti⁃extrusion structure�The designed rubber barrel with different formulations is beneficial to better fit with the borehole wall, leading to better sealing perform⁃ance�Pressure test results show that the water⁃sensitive self⁃expandable casing packer has excellent pressure bearing capacity, and could be able to maintain good pressure bearing performance in the dry state for a long time�The conclusion could provide references for the packer structure optimization.
