星孔防砂筛管摩擦阻力系数试验与模型研究

         

摘要

为了深入探讨管壁摩擦阻力系数对摩擦压降的影响规律,基于自主设计的室内多相复杂流动试验装置,以白油作为介质,测量了高黏油条件下的防砂筛管摩擦阻力系数.试验结果表明:流速较低时,防砂筛管阻力系数比普通圆管摩擦阻力系数小;流速较高时,防砂筛管阻力系数比普通圆管摩擦阻力系数高;存在临界雷诺数之比(壁面入流雷诺数与主流雷诺数之比),当雷诺数之比小于此临界值时,井筒变质量流动压降小于普通圆管流动压降,反之,则井筒变质量流动压降大于普通圆管流动压降.通过数据分析拟合,得到了星孔防砂筛管的阻力系数模型,并与试验结果进行了对比验证.结果表明模型的平均相对误差为8.33%,最大相对误差为17.94%,满足工程应用要求.%Based on the self-designed indoor multi-phase complex flow test device, taking the while oil as me-dium, the friction coefficient of sand control screen under high viscous oil condition was measured. The results show that, the friction coefficient of sand control screen is smaller than that of ordinary tubing when the flow veloci-ty is low;while the friction coefficient of sand control screen is higher than that of ordinary tubing when the flow ve-locity is high. There exists the ratio of critical Reynolds number ( The ratio of Reynolds number of wall inflow to the main Reynolds number) . When the ratio of Reynolds number is smaller than this critical value, the variable mass flow pressure drop of the wellbore is smaller than that of the ordinary tubing, and vice versa. The resistance coeffi-cient model of the astropyle sand control screen was obtained by data analysis and compared with the experimental results. The results show that the average relative error of the model is 8. 33% and the maximum relative error is 17. 94%, which satisfies the engineering application requirements.
