大型导管架滑移下水参数敏感性研究

         

摘要

影响导管架下水轨迹与安全性的参数众多.为了使下水参数的优选快速准确,以东海某大型导管架滑移下水工程为背景,建立了包含导管架和下水驳船的参数化有限元仿真模型,在下水参数合理取值范围内组合一系列工况,通过批处理方式进行导管架滑移下水的三维时域模拟.系统研究了驳船初始吃水、驳船初始纵倾角度、导管架在驳船上的放置位置、滑道滑动摩擦因数、导管架重力与重心位置等6个参数对导管架下水运动状态影响的敏感性规律,搜索出影响导管架下水的关键参数,确定出优化的下水工况,使得导管架入水姿态和轨迹最好且遭受砰击力最小,保证了整个下水过程平稳可靠.研究结论可为导管架下水方案的优化设计提供理论依据.%There are various parameters affecting the jacket launching trajectory and safety.In order to make the selection procedure of the parameter values faster and more accurate,the parameterized finite element simulation model has been established including the jacket and the barge based on the launching design project for a largesize jacket deployed in the East China Sea.Then,the three-dimensional time-domain numerical simulations of jacket launching have been carried out by parametric batch processing for the various cases combined with the different representative values of the parameters within their reasonable ranges.Then,the sensitivities of the launching parameters effects on the jacket launching have been systematically evaluated with six main parameters,i.e.,the initial draft of the barge,the initial trim angle of the barge,the position of the jacket on the barge,the sliding friction coefficient,the jacket weight and the gravity centers.Consequently,the key parameters have been figured out.Finally,the optimized launching condition has been developed to make the jacket and the barge obtain the best launching postures and trajectory and suffer the least slamming force,ensuring the smooth and reliability of the entire launching process.The study could provide theoretical basis for the optimal design of jacket launching schemes.
