海上油田井下增压泵注聚合物可行性试验研究

         

摘要

Due to space restriction of offshore platforms on Brazil's P oil field,it is necessary to study the feasibility of downhole polymer injection using the reversed ESP.In view of this,a downhole reversed ESP was used to perform a polymer injection land simulation test to detect the viscosity of the polymer after the reversed ESP,and calculate the viscosity retention rate of the polymer to verify the feasibility of polymer injection using the reversed ESP.The test results show that the viscosity retention rate of the polymer is decreased and fluctuated by the combination effect of the rotating speed and pressure of the reversed ESP.The maximum and the minimum viscosity retention rate is 82.3% and 21.1% respectively.The study results show that it is feasible to inject polymer using the reversed ESP if the onsite viscosity retention rate is less than 80.0%.At the same time,to ensure high viscosity retention rate of the polymer,the large displacement reversed ESP under low frequency operation is preferred.%巴西P油田由于受海上平台空间限制,计划将地面注聚泵置于井下,需要研究井下注聚的可行性.鉴于此,采用一种井下增压泵进行注聚合物陆地模拟试验,检测聚合物经过增压泵后的黏度,计算聚合物的保黏率,从而验证使用井下增压泵进行聚合物注入的可行性.试验中,聚合物保黏率受增压泵转速和压力的共同作用呈现波浪下降,最大保黏率为82.3%,最小保黏率为21.1%.研究结果表明:若油田注聚保黏率小于80.0%,则可以利用增压泵进行注聚.最后指出,为确保聚合物的高保黏率,应优先选用大排量的增压泵,并且低频运行.
