液力加压器在水平井钻磨复合桥塞中的应用

             

摘要

针对水平井油管桥塞钻磨时加压困难且钻磨缓慢的现状,将液力加压器用于修井钻磨作业.液力加压器具有液力减振作用,利用液体弹性吸收的原理,结合钻井液柔性连接关系,可有效地保护钻具和钻头;同时液力加压器通过改变水力参数来调节钻压大小,且具有自动送钻功能.现场应用结果表明:加装液力加压器后,钻磨效率平均提高了29.36%,最大钻磨效率提高了46.51%;在使用六刃磨鞋、排量800 L/min的条件下,磨屑体积适中并能及时返出井筒,降低了卡钻风险.所得结论可为钻磨工具的选择和应用提供参考.%To address the difficult WOB application and low ROP of milling tubing bridge plug in horizontal well,the hydraulic thruster has been used in workover milling operation.The hydraulic thruster has the function of hydraulic vibration damping,which can effectively protect the drill tool and bit with the principle of liquid elastic absorption and flexible connection of the drilling fluid.It can also adjust the WOB via hydraulic parameter,presenting an automatic bit feeding function.The field application results show that the tool allowed an average milling efficiency improvement of 29.36% and the maximum milling efficiency improvement of 46.51%.With the six-blade milling shoe,and under the displacement of 800 L/min,the cutting size is moderate and can be timely circulated out of the wellbore,reducing the risk of pipe stuck.The conclusion could provide references for the selection and application of milling tools.
