To meet the need of steam injection heavy oil recovery,a special rod pump for steam injection heavy oil recovery is developed.The pump is mainly composed of an outer tube assembly and a special rod pump placed inside the outer tube assembly.The special rod pump is designed with a top stop block device for early warning of pump running when works with the outer tube assembly.The designed pump is easy to operate,safe and reliable.The lower part of the outer tube assembly is designed with a bottom valve which can be opened by external force or steam injection pressure.When the external force is released,the bottom valve can be closed under the oil pressure and the returning spring force.In the application of 9 wells,the average production time per well was 54 days,and the average daily oil production was 4.7 tons.The application results showed that the technical indicators of the pump meet the design requirements and can be applied to the steam injection heavy oil wells.The designed pump not only improves the oil production efficiency,but also reduces the cost,presenting good economic and social benefits.%为满足注蒸汽热力开采稠油的需要,研制了注蒸汽式稠油开采用特种杆式抽油泵.该泵主要由外管总成和置于外管总成内的特种杆式抽油泵组成.特种杆式抽油泵设计有顶部限位装置,与外管总成配合,可以起到下泵预警作用,操作方便,安全可靠.外管总成下部设计有可以靠外力或注汽压力打开的底阀,当外力解除后,该底阀可以在油层压力和复位弹簧力的作用下关闭.该泵在现场9井次的应用中,单井平均生产54 d,平均日产油4.7t.应用结果表明:该泵的各项技术指标均达到了设计要求,可以应用于注蒸汽热采稠油油井的采油作业,不但提高了采油时效,还降低了采油成本,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.
