关于对(100~200mV,5~10mA)范围内微电能存储利用的研究

         

摘要

For the problem of storing and utilizing the Micro electrical energy is difficult to achieve, designing a system: under the premise that without the external power supplying electrical energy, for Micro electrical energy within the scope of (100 - 200mV, 5 ~ 10mA) on the input pad , respectively using the super-capacitors and Energy Storage Inductors to conduct the two-stage intermediate storage energy ,and making the electrical energy increase level-wisely, when the energy strength reaches a certain value ,the electrical energy would released steadily and rapidly through the PWM modulation circuit, the 4.2V, 355mA of power will be outputed on the output pad finally. It will be used to charge a storage battery.%针对微弱电能存储和利用方面较难实现的问题,设计了本系统:在不借助外部电源对该系统供电的前提下,对输入端为100~200mV、5~10mA范围内的微弱电能,利用储能电感和超级电容对微电能进行两个阶段的中间储能,使电能逐级增强,当达到预定值时通过PWM调制电路实现电能平稳快速释放,可最终输出4.2V、355mA稳定的电能,用来为蓄电池充电。
