市场监管体制改革若干思考

作为改革开放前沿阵地的浦东在监管体制改革中率先试点，实现了管理机构的调整、管理方式的转变、管理重心的下沉，优化了食品安全保障、执法效能、行政服务，但是在法制配套、专业监管、改革效应、工作对接、执法队伍建设等方面存在诸多问题与挑战，进一步优化与改革的空间仍旧很大。%As the forefront of reform and opening up,Pudong has realized the management mechanism adjustment and management changes, the management center of gravity to sink, and optimized the food security, the effectiveness of law enforcement and administrative services.
