产业视角下深圳的供给侧结构性改革

摘要

本文从产业视角入手，分析了美英等国（地区）在供给侧改革方面的经验和教训，认为产业视角的供给侧结构性改革，着眼点应该是产业、企业。深圳的供给侧结构性改革面临四个问题，即产业发展的动力机制、主导产业的选择和培育、产业格局和人才问题。本文提出，深圳供给侧改革的重点和关键应在生产领域。%This Paper analyzes the experiences of the USA and the UK, Thinking that key points of supply-side structural reform are industry and enterprises. Then this paper study the shortcomings of Shenzhen’s supply-side structural reform, including industry’s dynamic mechanism、the selection of key-industry and the problem of talent.Finally, this paper gives the conclusion about shenzhen’s supply-side structural reform and four Proposals about Shenzhen’s supply-side structural reform.
