基于竞合机制的京津冀港口群发展

摘要

本文从货物吞吐量、分货种吞吐量、集装箱吞吐量、外贸吞吐量等方面介绍了京津冀各港口运营状况及竞争现状，分析了京津冀协同发展战略下港口群竞合发展的必要性，从优化港口功能布局、建立港口合作机制、以市场为载体优化组合资源、完善集疏运体系、加强无水港建设等方面，提出了京津冀港口群竞合发展策略。%Based on the introduction of port in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, this paper analyses their operation and competition status, including cargo throughput, cargo throughput, container throughput and foreign trade throughput. Secondly, it puts forward the necessity of the cooperation development of Port Group under the collaborative development strategy of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. And then, it proposes the development strategy of the competition and development , including optimizing harbor distribution, establishing cooperation mechanism between ports, reorganizing resources relying on the market economic mechanism, improving transportation system, strengthening the construction of anhydrous port, and so on.
