广东建设海洋经济强省的抓手

摘要

As a major province of marine economic, Guangdong have rich marine economic foundation, the ability of marine scientific and technological innovation is gradually improved. But Guangdong also face the challenges of enhancing the quality of marine economic and competitiveness of marine economic. Currently, Guangdong marine economic is faced with new situation and opportunity, the structural reform of supply-side and the strategy of constructing powerful province in marine economic should be put into effect based on the building of “Deep Blue Guangdong” and “Innovation-driven”.%广东作为海洋经济大省，海洋经济基础雄厚，海洋科技创新能力逐步提高，同时也面临着如何提升海洋经济质量与海洋产业竞争力的挑战。当前广东海洋经济发展面临新的形势与机遇，应抓住发展契机，以“深蓝广东”建设为依托，以创新驱动为引领，积极推进海洋经济供给侧结构性改革，系统实施海洋经济强省战略。
