@@ Sichuan is an important base of natural gas production in China. Its output is about 70×108 m3/a which makes up over 40% of that in whole country. The composition of natural gas from various fields in Sichuan is different. Most of the gas contains H2S which reaches its summit of above 490 g/m3. It also contains CO2.rnAccording to the criterion, H2S conent in natural gas should be lower than 20 mg/m3, about 70%of the gas produced in Sichuan has to be purified before it comes into use for commercial purpose. Therefore it is of great significance for our natural gas industry to develop the purification technology.
