自升式平台逆“K”型桩腿节点的极限强度分析

         

摘要

This paper further outlines the accidents and losses of jack-ups with truss-type legs in recent years, retrospects the evolution of reverse "K" joint, and emphasizes the importance of robust joint design. A parametric modelling approach has been developed for the tubular joint strength analyses with the consideration of element type and meshing size, stress-strain model, influence of welds, boundary conditions, application of forces, and failure criterion. In the last section, the An-sys nonlinear solution is used to investigate the ultimate joint strength of F&G "JU-2 000E". The effectiveness of overlapping in increasing the joint strength is clearly highlighted.%总结近年来桁架式桩腿自升式平台的海损,回顾逆“K”型桩腿的演变,强调设计鲁棒性管节点的重要性.实现管节点的参数化建模,考察单元选取与划分、材料模型、焊缝的影响、边界条件与受力模式以及破坏准则.最后用ANSYS非线性求解器分析了F&G“JU-2000E”管节点的极限强度,显示叠合对提高节点极限强度的重要性.
