聚合物近井地带剪切模拟装置的研制

         

摘要

按照“剪切介质相同或相似、剪切方式相同、剪切距离相等和剪切速度相同”的设计思路与原则,设计并研制了一种聚合物近井地带剪切模拟装置。采用渤海某油田注聚井实施聚合物氮气举升返排的聚合物及油藏条件、注聚工艺参数对该模拟装置进行了实验验证,结果表明:该模拟装置实验结果具有良好的可重复性,且与矿场实际结果吻合度较高,可以有效模拟聚合物溶液在近井地带实际的剪切情况。%In accordance with the design ideas andprinciples of “the same or similar shear medium,the same shearing way,the equivalent shearingdistance and the same shearing velocity”,a shear-ing simulation device for polymer in near boreholezones was designed and developed.Using the samepolymer,reservoir conditions and polymer injec-tion technical parameters adopted by a polymer in-jection well with nitrogen assistant flow back inBohai Sea,experimental verification was conductedwith the device.The results showed that the ex-periment behavior of simulation device exhibitedexcellent repeatability and high conformity withoilfield results.It was revealed that the simulationdevice can be used to simulate the polymer shear-ing in the actual near borehole area effectively.
