摘要

CNOOC LTD’s America Eagle Ford shaleoil and gas assets is one of the biggest CNOOC over-seas unconventional resource investment in USA.For this project,there are a lot of challenges whendrilling horizontal wells,such as deeper target reser-voir,longer horizontal lateral,faults,lost circula-tion pressure depleted zone,etc.Through the effec-tive implementation of pad drilling model optimiza-tion,well structure optimization,drill bit and BHAselection and optimizing drilling fluid,10 horizontalwells are drilled successfully in Eagle Ford,and it’sa greatest successful to achieve a single bit drillingoperation the curve and horizontal section,the drill-ing operation cost is reduced significantly.This spe-cial case will provide good reference for other opera-tor’s horizontal well drilling of shale oil and gas.%美国德州鹰滩页岩油气项目是中海油在海外投资的最大非常规油气项目之一,该项目面临储层埋藏深、水平井段长、断层发育、上覆低压层漏失等难题。为此,在EagleFord组页岩地层水平井钻井作业中,通过钻井模式优选、井身结构优化、钻头及钻具组合优选、钻井液优化等一系列关键技术措施的有效实施,成功完成了EagleFord组页岩地层10口水平井的钻井作业,实现了单个钻头一趟钻完大曲率造斜井段及水平井段,钻井成本显著降低,可为其他页岩油气水平井钻井作业提供借鉴。
