煤气加热回转窑尾气的粉尘处理与余热利用

     

摘要

尾气的处理一直是困扰回转窑工艺的一个难题.在煤气热式回转窑煅烧超细高岭土过程中,因火焰直接与物料接触,热气流与粉体物料混合成的尾气流中含尘颗粒-2μm含量高达90%以上,且温度高(约400℃).本文介绍了回转窑尾气粉尘的净化及尾气余热利用的几种途径.%When the superfine kaolin was calcinated in the rotary kiln, the thermal current and powder will mix together in the form of tail gas, which will contain a lot of dust particles, and the size of 90% particles of which is 2 μm (more than 5 000 mesh) together with high temperature (about 400℃).So far, tail gas disposal is an important but very difficult problem to solve for the rotary kiln technics.Therefore, several ways for the dust purification and surplus heat utilization from the tail gas in the rotary kiln were introduced in the paper.
