类锂皂石矿物复合催化材料的合成及其性能研究

             

摘要

In the present paper, TS-l/NH4+-hectorite composite material (TSH) was synthesized and the catalytic property of TSH in epoxidation of allyl chloride with H2O2 to epichlorohydrin (ECH) was also investigated. The structure and surface properties of TSH was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transformation infra-red spectra (FT-IR), ultra violet-visible spectra (UV-Vis), nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms and scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The results showed that BET surface area of TSH was 392.93 m2/g. From SEM images, it was found that the crystal size of TSH was smaller, less regular and less uniform than that of TS-l.The crystal shape of TSH was cake-like. TSH was easier to be recycled. The recycled catalyst could be regenerated by washing by methanol and then calcination under 5501 for 3 hours. The catalytic activity of the regenerated TSH only decreased by 4.7% after using 6 times, and the selectivity of ECH was still 100%.%以类锂皂石矿物为活性组分载体,合成了钛硅分子筛(TS-1 )/NH4+-类锂皂石(TSH)复合材料,考察了其在氯丙烯双氧水环氧化反应中的催化性能.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)、紫外—可见光谱(UV-Vis)、N2等温吸附—脱附分析和扫描电镜(SEM)等现代测试手段对材料的结构进行了表征.结果表明,TSH的比表面积为392.93m2/g.SEM表征结果发现,TSH晶粒没有TS-1的晶粒规则,且形状区别较大,TSH大多为圆饼状.重复使用研究表明,TSH较TS-1更易回收利用.回收的TSH经550℃焙烧3h再生后,循环使用6次后催化活性仅下降了4.7%,环氧氯丙烷的选择性仍为100%.
