摩擦材料中矿物减摩原料的作用及其机理

摘要

Antifriction minerals have a significant impact on the performance of friction product,such as friction coefficient,wearing capacity,thermostability and strength.In this paper,the composition,physical and chemical properties of traditional lubricants (graphite,talc and molybdenite or molybdenum disulfide) are reviewed.The applied research progress of antigorite and hydrotalcite-like are briefly introduced.Function and mechanism of antifriction minerals in friction product are summarized.The development trend and direction of antifriction minerals is discussed.%减摩矿物原料对于摩擦材料的摩擦系数、磨损量、热稳定性、强度等具有显著影响.本文系统总结了石墨、滑石和辉钼矿等传统减摩矿物的成分和物理化学性质,简要介绍了叶蛇纹石和类水滑石作为减摩材料的应用研究进展,对不同矿物减摩材料的作用及其机理进行了分析,对矿物作为润滑减摩材料产业的发展及其前景进行了展望和讨论.
