基于PONC的移动业务运营支撑网质量成本模型研究

In the ful- service competition era, the rapid development of multimedia and other data services have new demands of the construction of mobiles business operation network, the next- generation mobile operation support network wil carry the task of supporting multi- service operations. However the current China Mobile Business Operation Support Systems are still exsiting some problems such as the lack of experience in system planning, system instability.That caused rework and loss of business and increased the cost of enterprise especial y the potential quality cost.So base PONC the reasearch on quality cost of China Mobile's Business Operation Support Network wil help to find the inner resource of problems. Moreover, through ful y software testing can reduce the quality cost of network and dig new profit growth point in China Mobile backdrop of cost reduction and efficiency.%全业务竞争时代，多媒体等数据业务的迅猛发展对移动业务运营支撑网的建设提出了新的要求，下一代移动业务运营支撑网将承载支撑多业务运营的重任，而当前中国移动业务运营支撑网仍存在系统规划缺乏经验、系统不稳定等所导致的返工修复、业务流失等现象，增加了企业成本，特别是隐含的质量成本。因此，基于PONC理论对中国移动业务运营支撑网质量成本领域开展研究，有助于探究问题根源，通过充分测试降低网络质量成本，在中国移动降本增效大背景下为企业挖掘新的利润增长点。
