棉花状 NiWO4介孔材料的制备及其吸附性能

         

摘要

采用水热法,以NiSO4和Na2 WO4为原料制备了棉花状的NiWO4介孔材料,应用 X射线衍射仪( XRD)、扫描电子显微镜( SEM)、N2吸附/脱附比表面分析仪( BET)、FT-IR光谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征,详细研究了Ni-WO4作为吸附剂对染料次甲基蓝的脱色情况,探讨了次甲基蓝的浓度、溶液的pH、温度等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:NiWO4在室温、中性条件下对次甲基蓝的脱色效果最好;对阳离子染料的吸附性能优于阴离子;对染料的脱色率远高于常规的活性炭。棉花状的NiWO4介孔材料对次甲基蓝脱色的吸附热力学及动力学实验表明,吸附行为符合Langmuir方程和二级反应速率方程。%Cotton-like mesoporous NiWO4 materials were successfully synthesized using NiSO4 and Na2 WO4 as the raw materials by hydrothermal method.The products were characterized via powder X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) ,N2 nitrogen adsorption/desorption surface area pore size distribution analyzer and FT-IR spectroscopy.The adsorption behavior of Methylene blue on NiWO4 materials was investigated in detall. Some influence factors, such as solution pH, adsorption temperature, the concentration and type of dyes, were seri-ously discussed.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the as-synthesized NiWO4 was highest at room temperature and in neutral solution.Moreover, NiWO4 exhibited the especial choice adsorption for cationic dyes which was attributed to the surface negative charge of mesoporous NiWO4 .Furthermore, the adsorption thermody-namic and kinetic experiments of Methylene blue on mesoporous NiWO4 were carried out.It is found that the ad-sorption behavior can be in line with Langmuir equation and second-order rate equation.
