提高多膛炉焙烧回收率的技术改进与生产实践

         

摘要

本文针对多膛炉焙烧钼精矿生产过程的原料预处理和收尘系统以及产出钼焙砂破碎系统各漏尘点存在的问题分析,通过对钼精矿预处理采用刮板输送代替气力输送、电除尘出料口密封等一系列技术改进,实现多膛炉焙烧钼精矿生产连续稳定、优质高产,同时缩短了回收率指标与国内外同行的差距。%Based on multiple hearth furnace roasting of molybdenum concentrate production process of raw material pretreatment and dust collecting system and output of molybdenum calcine crushing system, the problems of dust leakage point analysis is used for the pretreatment of molybdenum concentrate by scraper conveyor instead of pneu-matic conveying, the electric discharging mouth seal and a series of technical improvement, to achieve multiple hearth furnace roasting of molybdenum concentrate continuous stable production, high quality, and shorten the re-covery index and the gap between domestic and foreign counterparts.
