On the basis of the traditional molybdenum powder production technology accumulation,new process of producing molybdenum powder with Fisher particle size less than 2.8 μm by two-stage reduction were studied.By contrastive analysis,the correlation between technological parameters of molybdenum powder and Fisher particle size was studied,key process parameters of molybdenum powder with particle size less than 2.8 μm in the first and second reduction stages were optimized.Production practice shows that the result is good.%本研究是在传统钼粉生产技术积累的基础上,着重进行了两段还原条件下,费氏粒度小于2.8 μm的钼粉还原新工艺研究.通过对比分析,研究了钼粉工艺参数与钼粉费氏粒度之间的相关性,优化出了粒度小于2.8μm钼粉的一、二次还原关键工艺参数,经生产实践,效果良好.
