目的 分析中西医结合治疗乳腺增生的效果.方法 选取我院2016年10月～2018年3月收治的107例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,依据患者治疗方法的差异,将其分成对照组(53例)和观察组(54例).对照组接受常规西医治疗.观察组接受中西医结合治疗.比较两组的疗效、症状变化、生活质量变化及对治疗方法的满意度.结果 观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的最大包块直径、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对治疗方法的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中西医结合治疗用于乳腺增生治疗,效果显著,且可提高患者的生活质量.%Objective To analyze the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating breast hyperplasia. Methods All of 107 patients with breast hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to March 1818 were selected as study objects. According to the difference of patients' treatment methods, they were divided into the control group (53 cases) and observation group (54 cases). The control group received conventional western medicine treatment. The observation group received with integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment. The efficacy, symptom changes, quality of life changes, and satisfaction degree with treatment methods were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The maximum mass diameter and pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree with treatment methods of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment for breast hyperplasia treatment, the effect is significant, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
