目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤患者在有创颅内压监护中出现颅内压波动的护理策略。方法选取本院2011年10月~2013年12月行有创颅内压监护的重型颅脑损伤患者92例，采用数字随机法分为对照组与观察组，每组各46例。对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者实施针对性护理干预，比较两组的置管情况、颅内压波动情况、预后情况及家属满意度。结果观察组的一次置管成功率明显高于对照组，颅内压波动发生率明显低于对照组，预后情况明显好于对照组，家属满意度明显高于对照(P<0.05)。结论分析重型颅脑损伤患者在使用有创颅内压监护中出现颅内压波动的相关护理因素，实施有针对性的护理干预和治疗方案，可显著降低患者颅内压波动的发生率，还可显著改善患者的预后，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate nursing strategy of intracranial pressure fluctuation in invasive intracranial pres-sure monitoring of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 92 patients with severe craniocerebral injury with invasive intracranial pressure monitoring were selected in hospital from October 2011 to December 2013,and they were randomly divided into the two groups using the number random method,there were 46 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given the targeted nursing intervention.The intubation condition,prognosis,intracranial pressure fluctuation and satisfaction degree of family in the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,the incidence rate of intracranial pressure fluctuation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the prognosis in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, satisfaction degree of family in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Analysis of related nursing factors of intracranial pressure fluctuation in patients with severe craniocerebral injury with invasive intracranial pressure monitoring,implementation of nursing intervention and treatment can signifi-cantly reduce incidence rate of intracranial pressure fluctuation,also can significantly improve prognosis of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
