Objective To explore the ultrasonographic features and pathological features of the breast with secretory carcinoma. Methods Ultrasonography and pathological findings of 14 cases with postoperative secretory carcinoma of breast were retrospectively analyzed. Results Gray scale ultrasound of 14 cases with secretory carcinoma of the breast showed the interior of the lesion was low echo or echo,the rear echo was slightly increased or no change,there was 7 cases accompanied with micro calcification;9 cases of irregular shape,5 cases were oval or round,3 cases of clear boundary,boundary part was not clear in 11 cases;4 cases of enlargement with abnormal ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes.There was 4 cases with rich blood flow,10 cases of secondary flow by color Doppler flow imaging.Ultrasound eval-uation results showed that there was category 3 in 2 cases,category 4A in 1 case,category 4B in 3 cases,and category 5 in 8 cases.Pathological findings showed that most of the border is clear or part of the nodular masses was unclear,the color was gray or brown. Conclusion Ultrasonographic performance of the breast with Secretory carcinoma has certain characteristics according to the pathological basis,but no specific,which should be combined with the aspiration or biopsy and postoperative pathologic examination.%目的：探讨乳腺分泌型癌的超声表现和临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析14例经术后病理证实的乳腺分泌型癌的超声和病理表现。结果14例乳腺分泌型癌的灰阶超声显示病灶内部均呈低回声或等回声,后方回声稍增强或无改变,其中7例伴有微小钙化；9例形态不规则,5例为椭圆形或类圆形；边界清晰3例,边界部分不清楚11例；4例患者伴有同侧腋窝淋巴结异常肿大。彩色多普勒血流成像显示病灶内见丰富血流者4例,中等血流者10例。BI-RADS超声评估结果显示3类2个,4A类1个,4B类3个,5类8个。病理表现大部分为边界清晰或部分不清的结节状肿块,颜色灰白或黄褐色。结论乳腺分泌型癌的超声表现依据其病理基础有一定的特征性,但无特异性,须结合穿刺或组织活检及术后病理检查。
