临床护理路径在妇产科剖宫产手术中的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 1057 cases of maternal carried out cesarean section from January 2013 to July 2014 in ob-stetrics and gynecology of our hospital were selected and divided into observation group (529 cases) and control group (528 cases) according to the random number table,the control group were implemented routine care,the observation group were implemented clinical nursing pathway mode nursing care.The satisfaction and postoperative quality of life in two group were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction of observation group was 99.8%,which was higher than 89.0%of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The sleep quality scores and mental health of observation group af-ter operation was higher than that of control group,level of pain,somatic symptom scores was lower than that of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of clinical nursing pathway on cesarean sec-tion in obstetrics and gynecology is significant,can increase nursing satisfaction,improve maternal postoperative quality of life,It is worthy of of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨临床护理路径在妇产科剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1月~2014年7月本院妇产科收治的1057例择期行剖宫产术的产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组529例和对照组528例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施临床护理路径模式护理，比较两组的护理满意度及术后生活质量。结果观察组护理满意度为99.8豫，高于对照组的89.0豫，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇术后睡眠质量评分、心理健康水平高于对照组，疼痛水平、躯体症状评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在妇产科剖宫产术中的应用效果显著，可提高护理满意度，改善产妇术后生活质量，值得临床推广应用。
