国产二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the application effect of domestic zirconium dioxide restoration in oral cavity repair. Methods 112 patients (140 teeth) underwent the oral cavity repair in author’s hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group of 56 cases (77 teeth) were used the domestic zirco-nium dioxide all-ceramic restoration to repair,the control group of 56 cases (63 teeth) were used the normal metal PFM restoration,and the repair effect of two groups were compared. Results The tooth edge sealing after treatment in the ob-servation group was better than that of the control group,and the restoration broken porcelain was significantly lower than the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).After six months followed-up,the gums of teeth in the observation group were normal,the control group had abnormal gum in 25 teeth,accounting of 39.68%. Conclusion Domestic zirconium dioxide restoration has a good color matching,stability and form plasticity,can com-pletely replace ceramometal restoration,and it is worth of clinical popularizing.%目的：分析国产二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月~2013年12月在笔者所在医院进行口腔修复的患者112例(140牙)作为研究对象，随机分为观察组56例(77牙)，采用国产二氧化锆全瓷修复体进行修复，对照组患者56例(63牙)，采用普通金属烤瓷修复体进行修复，对比两组患者的修复效果。结果观察组患牙治疗后的边缘密合性明显优于对照组，对于修复体折断绷瓷现象明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗半年后随访，观察组患者患牙牙龈均正常，对照组出现牙龈异常共25牙，发生率为39.68%。结论国产二氧化锆修复体有良好的颜色选配性、稳定性、形态的可塑性，完全可以取代金属烤瓷修复体，值得临床推广。
