中药茶疗联合穴位定向透药治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中便秘患者的效果评价

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of herbal tea therapy combined with points targeted drug in the treatment of constipation patient of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke. Methods 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type constipation in convalescence and sequelae stage of stroke from January 2011 to January 2015 in our de-partment were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with adjusting diet structure and taking laxatives,the intervention group was treated with herbal tea therapy combined with points targeted drug to prevent constipation occurred in stroke patients.The ef-fect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 92.5%,which was higher than 80.0%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Defecation time interval,hard situation and quality of stool after treatment in two groups was better than that before treatment,with significant difference (P<0.05).Defeca-tion time interval,hard situation and quality of stool after treatment in the intervention group was better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Herbal tea therapy combined with points targeted drugs in the treatment of constipation patient of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke has advantages in better efficacy and less adverse reaction.It is worth of clinical promotion and application.%目的 探讨中药茶疗联合穴位定向透药治疗气虚血瘀型脑卒中便秘的效果. 方法 选取2011年1月~2015年1月本科室的80例脑卒中恢复期和后遗症期气虚血瘀型便秘患者作为研究对象, 随机分为对照组和干预组,各40例. 对照组通过调整饮食结构及服用通便药物治疗,干预组采用中药茶疗联合穴位定向透药治疗以预防脑卒中患者发生便秘,比较两组的效果. 结果 干预组的总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 两组治疗后的排便间隔时间、费力情况、便质显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 干预组治疗后的排便间隔时间、费力情况、便质显著优于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 中药茶疗联合穴位定向透药治疗脑卒中患者便秘效果显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.
