间苯三酚联合SRL998A型分娩监护镇痛仪在产程中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨间苯三酚联合SRL998A型分娩监护镇痛仪在分娩过程中的应用效果。方法将2014年1月~2015年1月来我院进行分娩的150例产妇进行随机平均分组，分为对照组、观察组Ⅰ组、观察组Ⅱ组，每组50例，对照组不应用任何镇痛仪器及药物；观察组Ⅰ组只应用SRL998A型分娩监护镇痛仪；观察组Ⅱ组应用间苯三酚静脉注射联合SRL998A型分娩监护镇痛仪。观察比较3组的镇痛效果、分娩时间、产后2 h出血量、分娩方式及孕妇对分娩过程服务的满意度。结果观察组的镇痛效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组Ⅱ组镇痛效果明显优于观察组Ⅰ组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组产程明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，观察组Ⅱ组第一、二产程明显较观察组Ⅰ组短，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组产后2 h出血量、分娩方式与观察组Ⅰ组比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；与观察组Ⅱ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组间满意度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合SRL998A型分娩监护镇痛仪在分娩过程中操作简单、无创伤，可促进产程进展，减少产妇痛苦，值得在产科中推广。%Objective To explore the application effect of phloroglucinol combined with SRL998A care delivery analge-sia apparatus in the process of childbirth. Methods 150 puerpera from January 2014 to January 2015 of our hospital were randomly divided into control group,observation group I,observation groupII,with 50 cases in each group.Any analgesia apparatus and drugs were not used in control group.SRL998A care delivery analgesia apparatus were used in observation group I, and phloroglucinol intravenous injection combined with SRL998A care delivery analgesia appa-ratus were used in observation groupII.Analgesic effect,delivery time,bleeding in postpartum 2 h,delivery mode and satisfaction of puerpera for service were compared among three groups. Results The analgesic effect in observation group was significantly better than control group,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The analgesic effect in observation groupII was significantly better than observation groupI,and the difference was statistical signif-icance (P<0.05).The delivery time in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The first and second stage of labor in observation groupII were significantly shorter than observation groupI,and the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).The bleeding in postpartum 2 h and delivery mode between control group and observation groupI had no significant difference,the difference was not sta-tistical significance(P>0.05).There was significantly difference between control group and observation group II(P<0.05). The satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than control group,and the difference was statistical signif-icance (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between observation groups,the difference was not statistical signifi-cance(P>0.05). Conclusion Using phloroglucinol combined with SRL998A care delivery analgesia apparatus in the pro-cess of childbirth have advantages of application operation simply,noninvasive, promoting the labor progress and reduce the pain of puerpera.It is worth to popularize in obstetrics.
