脑出血微创置管吸引术对老年脑出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨脑出血微创置管吸引术对老年脑出血患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP的影响。方法选取本院2011年5月~2013年5月收治的64例老年脑出血患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组给予常规药物保守治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上行钻孔置管血肿抽吸液化引流术，比较两组术后2、7、15和30 d的IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平。结果观察组术后7、15 d的血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组术后2、30 d的血清IL-6、TNF-α和hs-CRP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论脑出血微创置管吸引术治疗老年脑出血效果显著，能降低血清炎性因子水平，防止炎性介质损伤脑组织，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the influence of cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive catheter aspiration for serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 64 cases with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,the observation group was treated with hematoma aspiration and liquefaction for drilling catheter on the basis of the control group.The level of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in postoperative 2,7,15,30 d in two groups was compared. Results The level of serum IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in postoperative 7,15 d of observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The level of serum IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in postoperative 2,30 d between two groups was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The application effect of cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive catheter aspiration in the treatment of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage is significant,which can reduce serum levels of inflammatory cytokines,prevent damage to brain tissue,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
