阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的效果评价

摘要

目的：分析阴道超声和腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的效果。方法选取2013年3月~2014年3月在本院住院手术治疗的异位妊娠患者100例，随机分成实验组50例，采用阴道超声诊断；对照组50例，采用腹部超声诊断。对两组诊断的准确率进行比较分析。结果对照组经腹部诊断为阳性的准确率为70%，实验组经阴道超声诊断为阳性的准确率为92%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在声像图表现中，宫外是否有混合性团块、疑似孕囊影及外孕囊影中是否可见胚芽和胎心等比较，差异有统计学统计意义(P<0.05)，两组子宫直肠窝积液比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道超声诊断异位妊娠的效果优于腹部超声诊断，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To analyze the effect evaluation of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital surgical treatment from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected,and divided into experimental group and control group.50 cases in control group was adopted to abdominal ultrasound diagnosis;50 cases in experimental group was used vagina ultrasound diagnosis.The corresponding analysis between two groups of diagnostic accuracy was compared. Results The accuracy of diagnosis in control group was 70%,The accuracy of diagnosis with transvaginal ultrasound in experimental group was 92%,with sig-nificant difference(P<0.05).Whether the ectopic mass,suspected gestational sac and maternal fetal heart in the shadow of the outer capsule were visible between two groups was compared respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).Uterine and rectal effusion between two groups was compared respectively,with no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is superior to that of abdominal ultrasound.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
