分级干预对住院精神分裂症患者暴力行为、精神状态的影响

摘要

目的：探讨分级干预对住院精神分裂症患者暴力行为及精神状态的影响。方法选取2012年10月~2014年10月在本院住院治疗的120例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组给予基础治疗和一级护理，观察组在对照组的基础上观察组在对照组的基础上给予分级干预护理。比较两组的BPRS和MOAS评分。结果观察组干预后的焦虑忧郁因子、缺乏活力因子、思维障碍因子、激活性因子、敌对猜疑因子及BPRS总分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的MOAS评分显著低于干预前及对照组干预后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级干预能有效减少住院精神分裂症患者的暴力行为，促进患者康复。%Objective To explore the influence of grading intervention on violence behavior and mental state in hospi-talized patient with schizophrenia. Methods 120 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and grade Ⅰ nursing,the observation group was given grading intervention nursing on the basis of the control group.The score of BPRS and MOAS in two groups was compared. Re-sults The score of anxiety depression factor,lack of vitality factor,thought disorder factor,activation factor,hostile suspi-cion factor and the total score of BPRS after intervention in the observation group was lower than that before interven-tion and in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The score of MOAS after intervention in the observation group was lower than that before intervention and in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Grading intervention can effectively alleviate violence behavior in hospitalized schizophrenics,and promote recovery.
