护理安全质量目标管理在老年髋部骨折术后并发症预防中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨护理安全目标质量管理在老年髋部骨折术后并发症预防中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1~9月的109例老年髋部骨折术后患者作为实验组，选取2013年同期的95例老年髋部骨折术后患者作为对照组。实验组按照十大护理安全质量目标对患者实施护理，对照组在常规安全管理模式指导下实施护理干预。比较两组的并发症发生率。结果实验组的术后并发症发生率为3.7豫，显著低于对照组的14.7豫，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理安全质量目标管理能够有效降低老年髋部骨折术后的并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore application effect of target management on nursing safety and quality in complication prevention after elderly hip fracture surgery. Methods 109 elderly patients after hip fracture surgery from January 2014 to September were selected as the experimental group,and 95 elderly patients after hip fracture surgery at the same pe-riod in 2013 were selected as the control group.The experimental group was given nursing intervention according to 10 targets of nursing safety and quality,the control group was given nursing intervention under the guidance of conventional safety management. Results The incidence rate of postoperative complication in the experimental group was 3.7%,which was lower than 14.7%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Target management on nurs-ing safety and quality can effectively decrease the incidence rate of complication in elderly patient after hip fracture surgery,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
