护理干预措施在重度妊娠高血压综合征患者产褥期的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预措施在重度妊娠高血压综合征患者产褥期的应用效果。方法选取2013年2月~2014年2月本院收治的84例重度妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象，按照不同的护理干预措施分为观察组与对照组，各42例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取护理干预措施。比较两组产褥期的护理效果。结果观察组的顺产率显著高于对照组，剖宫产发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的SAS评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的新生儿Apgar评分、体重显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施在重度妊娠高血压综合征患者产褥期的效果显著，能够提高分娩质量，缓解患者不良情绪，改善新生儿评分，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on puerperium in patient with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 84 cases with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different nursing intervention measures,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention measures.The nursing effect on puerperium in two groups was compared. Results The rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the rate of cesarean in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score and body weight of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on puerperium in patient with severe preg-nancy induced hypertension syndrome is significant,which can improve the quality of delivery,alleviate the patient’s bad mood,improve the Apgar score,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
