药房作为医院服务的一个重要环节，参与医院经济活动，主要为患者提供药品查询和药物发放等服务，但从实际工作情况来看，药房管理主要存在以下问题院缺少规范化管理文件、缺乏药品流通的监管、药剂人员自身素质参差不齐、欠缺良好的服务态度、用药指导不清，因此，目前应加大医院药房管理的投入，引进人才、提高人员素质，完善药房管理制度，从而推动医院药房管理事业的发展。%As an important part in hospital service,pharmacy participates in economic activities of hospital,and pro-vides mainly drug information and drug delivery and other services,but from the actual work situation,pharmacy man-agement has the following problems,such as lack of standardized management documents and supervision on drug cir-culation,uneven quality of pharmacists, being short of good service attitude and unclear medication guide,therefore,it is necessary to increase investment in hospital pharmacy management,bring in talents to improve the quality of personnel, better pharmacy management system in order to promote the development of hospital pharmacy management career.
