2013年我院基本药物应用情况分析

摘要

目的：提高本院基本药物管理水平，促进临床合理用药。方法利用本院信息管理系统（HIS），分析2013年本院基本药物使用相关数据，应用销售金额排序法进行分析。结果2013年本院国家基本药物和省增补基本药物覆盖率分别为79.80%和72.22%。2013年国家基本药物和省增补基本药物销售金额之和占本院所有药品销售金额的12.32%。0.9%氯化钠注射液、葡萄糖氯化钠注射液和10%葡萄糖注射液三种溶媒销售金额占国家基本药物的18.39%；心血管类药品血栓通和血塞通分别占17.04%和7.26%。消化系统类药品销售金额占省增补基本药物的18.23%；心血管类药物单硝酸异山梨酯3种剂型所占比例为10.23%。结论国家基本药物和省增补基本药物在本院的临床应用还有待进一步加强。%Objective To improve the management level of essential medicine and rational drug use in our hospital. Methods The hospital information system (HIS) was used to analyze the corresponding use data of the essential medicine in 2013,meanwhile the statistical analysis was performed by adopting the drug consumption ranking method. Results Coverage rate of national essential medicines and province supplement essential drug in our hospital was 79.80% and 72.22% in 2013 and the proportion of their sales amount and all drugs was 12.32%.The amount sum of proportion of 0.9% sodium chloride injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection,10% glucose injection was 18.39%with national essential medicines,and the percentage of blood clots pass and blood flux was 17.04% and 7.26%,respec-tively.Percentage of digestive system drugs and province supplement essential drugs was 18.23%,and proportion of three dosages of isosorbide mononitrate was 10.23%. Conclusion The clinical application of national essential medicines and province supplement essential drugs in our hospital ought to be further improved.
