鲑鱼降钙素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变伴骨质疏松的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨鲑鱼降钙素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）合并骨质疏松的效果。方法入选本院2011年4月~2013年4月收治的92例2型DPN合并骨质疏松患者，随机分为两组，各46例，对照组采用钙尔奇治疗，观察组在此基础上采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗，比较两组的疗效及治疗前后骨密度值。结果观察组总有效率93.5%（43/46）显著高于对照组的71.7%（33/46）（P<0.01）。观察组治疗后的BMD为（258.7±25.6）mg/cm2、BGP为（5.3±1.0）ng/ml，显著高于对照组的（235.5±25.3） mg/cm2和（4.5±0.9） ng/ml（P<0.01），PTH为（48.1±16.7） pg/ml，低于对照组的（54.2±17.4）pg/ml（P<0.05）。结论鲑鱼降钙素能显著提高2型DPN合并骨质疏松的疗效，并有效改善骨密度指标。%Objective To study the effects of calcitonin acetate,form salmon in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neu-ropathy (DPN)combined with osteoporosis. Methods 92 patients with type 2 DPN combined with osteoporosis treated from April 2011 to April 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The caltrate was used in control group,caltrate combined with calcitonin acetate,form salmon were applied in ob-servation group.The effects and BMD before and after treatment in two groups were compared. Results Total efficacy rate of observation group was 93.5%(43/46),significantly higher than that of control group [71.7%,(33/46)](P<0.01).After treatment,BMD of observation group was (258.7±25.6) mg/cm2,BGP of observation group was (5.3±1.0) ng/ml,signifi-cantly higher than that of control group[(235.5±25.3) mg/cm2 and (4.5±0.9) ng/ml] respectively(P<0.01).After treatment, PTH of observation group was (48.1±16.7) pg/ml,lower than that of control group[(54.2±17.4) pg/ml](P<0.05). Conclu-sion Calcitonin acetate,form salmon can significantly improve the curative effects for type 2 DPN combined with osteo-porosis as well as BMD index.
