对分散式管理体制下高校实验室安全管理的几点思考

摘要

针对高校实验室快速发展的现状，分析了北京建筑工程学院现行分散式管理体制下实验室安全存在的问题，提出了“归口集中，处室协同，落实到位”的实验室安全管理新模式，通过不断完善规章制度，加大安全培训力度，更新实验室安防设施，提高安全管理手段，实现实验室的安全管理%　　In accordance with the present situation and rapid developing trend of school laboratories, the existing and potential safety problems of currently decentralized management system are analyzed and a new mode of laboratory safety management is aroused, which is “Management centralized, Sections cooperated, Responsibility fulfilled”. Through the continuous improvements of rules, regulations, security training, laboratory security facilities and management methods, laboratory safety management is realized.
