机电领域卓越工程师培养质量监控及管理体系研究

摘要

The teaching quality monitoring and management is one of the important content in the research of excellent engineer training, this article takes excellence engineers training in electrical and mechanical technology education of Tianjin University of Technology and Education as the research object, the teaching quality management concept and the present situation is analyzed, the self-supervision, self-perfect education management method which is suitable for excellent engineers in mechanical and electrical ifeld is set up. Further more, the quality control management system is divided to academic-administrative matrix, teaching-scientiifc research matrix, disciplines-project matrix, science-engineering matrix and disciplines-industry matrix.%教学质量监控及管理是卓越工程师培养规划的重要研究内容之一，以天津职业技术师范大学机电技术教育专业卓越工程师培养为研究对象，进行了教学质量管理概念及现状的分析。
