目的 探讨Mulligan手法结合肌肉牵伸治疗骶髂关节疼痛的临床疗效.方法 选择2015年4月～2017年4月我院收治的50例骶髂关节疼痛患者, 按就诊序号随机分为观察组 (n=25) 和对照组 (n=25);观察组采用Mulligan手法结合肌肉牵伸技术治疗, 对照组采用Mulligan手法治疗, 每组患者治疗前、治疗后2周分别使用Oswestry功能障碍指数 (ODI) 、疼痛视觉模拟评分法 (VAS) 对患者下腰痛功能及疼痛情况进行评定.结果 治疗后2周, 两组患者ODI、VAS评分均较治疗前有显著降低, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05), 且观察组优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P<0.05) .结论 Mulligan手法结合肌肉牵伸技术治疗骶髂关节疼痛有显著疗效.%Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching technique in the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain. Methods 50 patients with sacroiliac joint pain from April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group (n=25) and the control group (n=25). Patients in the observation group were treated with Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching, while those in the control group were given Mulligan skill. The Oswestry Dysfunction Index (ODI) and Pain Visual Analog Scale (VAS) were used to assess the low back function and pain in each group before and 2 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment 2 weeks, the ODI and VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the observation group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Mulligan skill combined with muscle stretching technique is significant in the treatment of sacroiliac joint pain.
