Objective To investigate the intervention effect of systematic health education on blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and related indicators. Methods A total of 126 cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into intervention group and control group 63 cases,the intervention group were given systematic health ed-ucation control group received routine health education. Results After intervention 3 months, intervention group and control group in systolic and diastolic blood pressure decreased significantly compared with before the intervention, the blood pressure in intervention group were significantly lower than control group, compliance rate of intervention group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention 3 months, hypertension knowledge scores of two groups were significantly higher before intervention(P<0.05), two sets of proper diet, moderate exercise, periodic blood pressure monitor rate were significantly higher than before the intervention , the intervention group were signifi-cantly higher than the the control group, smoking, alcohol consumption rate significantly decreased than before inter-vention (P<0.05). Conclusion Systematic health education combined with standardized knowledge systems and inte-grated way to effectively improve the missionaries patients with essential hypertension and other related biochemical in-dices of blood pressure control effect, patients'knowledge of hypertension and life patterns of behavior now been im-proved.%目的：探讨系统化健康教育对原发性高血压患者血压及相关指标的干预作用。方法选择126例原发性高血压患者并分为干预组和对照组各63例，干预组予系统化健康教育，对照组予常规健康教育。结果干预3个月后两组的收缩压和舒张压均较干预前明显下降，干预组血压值显著低于对照组，达标率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。干预3个月后两组高血压知识评分均较干预前显著升高，干预组评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组饮食适当、适度运动、定期血压监测率均较干预前显著升高，干预组各指标均显著高于对照组，吸烟、饮酒率较干预前显著下降（P＜0.05）。结论系统化健康教育结合规范化的知识体系和综合性宣教方式可有效提高原发性高血压患者血压及其他相关生化指标控制效果，患者高血压知识认知和生活行为模式得到明显改善。
