依托地质调查与科研项目和重点实验室培养人才几点建议

摘要

In this paper, the current situation of cultivating talents relying on geological investigation and scientific project and key laboratory in central public-interest geological survey units is analyzed at first. Achievements and questions are also pointed. In allusion to questions, the author emphasized that managing taches must be outstanded during cultivating talents by project and open-flow flat construction must be extruded in course of cultivating talents by key laboratory. Nine pieces of advice are also put forward in the end.%本文从中央公益性地质调查单位依托项目和重点实验室培养人才现状入手,总结了取得的成绩和存在的主要问题.针对存在问题,作者强调了项目育人抓环节,重点实验室育人抓"开放流动"的平台建设,并提出了九条具体建议.
