面向读者信息需求的高校图书馆个性化服务建设

摘要

高校图书馆服务于高技能人才的培养,有针对性的提供相应的信息服务是提高服务质量的关键因素之一.本文论述了高校图书馆个性化信息服务的发展趋势以及存在的不足.在此基础上,阐述了高校图书馆个性化信息服务的基本形式,从服务理念、资源建设与技术研发等六个方面提出了提高高校图书馆个性化信息服务质量的措施.%The main function of university library is to help the training of highly skilled personnel, so it is important to improve the service quality by supplying personalized information. In this paper, the development of personalized information service in university library is reviewed, as well as the disadvantages. Basic forms of personalized information service in university library are discussed. Furthermore, advices are presented from six aspects, including service concept, resource collection, technology development, and so on.
